We are often asked what type of music we'll play at an event, the answer is always the same... "What would you like us to play?" Of course we have our own music tastes, but that's not the point. Your event is your event, and we will customise our show to suit you.

You can be as specific with your music choice or just give us an idea of the style and we will do the rest but we would encourage you to give some thought to the type of music that you and your guests will enjoy on the night.

We have built up a huge collection over the years, and we will happily play any style of music from the 50s and 60s up to the present day.

You can of course leave it to us, years of experience give us the advantage of knowing what will, and what will not work on your dancefloor!

The First Dance and Grand Finale

A must at your wedding celebration, the First Dance is a very important part of the day as this is the first time you will take the dance floor as a married couple. For some this a very emotional time, so choosing the right song is important and could be a song that brings you memories from when you first met, or a special song you both like.

A first dance could be between a parent and son or daughter at their birthday celebration, or a couple celebrating an engagement or anniversary. A first dance is a great way to start your evening's music.

To give you some ideas, we have compiled a list of popular first dance songs for you to download.

A Farewell Circle is a thoughtful way to say thank you to every guest that has attended your wedding or event.

At the end of the reception, the farewell music can be some of your favourite songs whilst you move around the circle to say goodbye.

For larger receptions, you might consider a farewell arch where you exit the dancefloor under an arch formed by your guests.

Either way, it's a perfect way to conclude your evening and brings all your guests together on the dancefloor.
